Service List

We offer mental health services to children/adolescents who have trouble in school, at home, or in the community.  PSR providers work with youth in the home and community to overcome difficulties through education in the following areas:

· Social skills

· Anger management

· Educational strategies

· Symptom Management

· Basic Living Skills

· Family functioning

· Communication

Psychosocial Rehabilitation for Children

A mental health professional will work one on one with adults who have a qualifying diagnosis to develop an individualized treatment plan.  Th9is is done to build skills and gain independence in two or more of the following areas:

· Social skills

· Educational/Work skills

· Anger management

· Managing personal health

· Financial and budgeting skills

· Community or legal issues

· Symptom Management

· Basic Living Skills

· Communication

· Parenting skills & Family functioning

· Housing issues

Psychosocial Rehabilitation for Adults

This services is a Medicaid program to assist adults with a qualifying mental health diagnosis to b become linked to resources in the community.  This includes medical resources, transportation, educational, and vocational resources.  As well as basic resources such as food, housing, and energy assistance ... and much more!

Our counseling program serves adults, adolescents, children, couples, families and groups.  Many private insurances are also accepted.
